Before you start creating a new doctor profile on FlytoDoc, please make sure you have the following information and materials ready. Having everything prepared will help you complete the registration smoothly and professionally.

✅ The Doctor's Full Name and Profile Photo (Portrait)
✅ Doctor’s Verifiable Contact Details & Address
✅ Specialties, Licenses, and Certificates Images
✅ Experience, Achievements, and Education Background
✅ List of Treatments + Description + Related Images
✅ Affiliated Clinic/Hospital for Each Treatment
✅ Price tag in euro, including the hospital cost
✅ Languages Spoken by the Doctor

FlytoDoc's smart profile editor makes it fast and easy to set up a professional public profile. Follow this step-by-step guide to complete your setup smoothly. Before you begin, prepare the following information and images to speed up the process:

🧩 Step 1: Invite the Doctor

• Open the MedRep app and tap "Add new doctor" on your dashboard.
• Enter the doctor’s email address.
• Ask the doctor to check their inbox and confirm the link.
• Once they confirm, you’ll see their profile marked as “Incomplete Profile” in your app.

🧩 Step 2: Complete the Doctor’s Profile

Tap on "Incomplete Profile" on the doctor's card and fill in the following sections:

1. 👤 Personal Details

• Fill in their basic info, contact details, and
• Upload a clear, professional profile picture.

2. 📝 Bio

• Add a short background summary of the doctor, education, experience, and achievements.
• This can be written in any language.
• FlytoDoc’s AI will translate and optimize it for international patients.

3. 📄 Certificates

• Upload at least one valid certificate (license, board certification, etc.).
• This is mandatory for verification and builds patient trust.

4. 🏥 Treatments Listing

• FlytoDoc AI helps by suggesting the top 10 treatments based on their specialty.
  Now you just:
• • ✅ Assign the affiliated hospital(s) to each service or Add the clinic/hospital if not in the list
  • ✅ Set the treatment fees — you can add multiple hospitals per treatment, each with its own price.
  • ✅ Customize the treatment description if needed
  • ✅ Upload up to 5 horizontal (16:9) images per treatment

⚠️ Important: Before/after photos may be restricted in some countries. Be sure to check local regulations.
