Patient Safety Regulations

1. Purpose

These Regulations set out FlytoDoc’s safety standards for patients using the Platform. FlytoDoc complies with all applicable provisions of the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) when processing patient data related to safety.

2. FlytoDoc’s Safety Features

2.1 QR Code Status Tracking – AI generate QR codes for each stage of the journey. Patients scan codes to confirm safe arrival, check-ins, and procedures.
2.2 Patient Safety Number (PSN) – Sent to patients email prior to travel to verify identity and forms.
2.3 Live Status Page – Patients may view and share their journey progress with relatives.

3. Patient Responsibilities

• Provide accurate and complete medical history.
• Follow the instructions of licensed medical professionals.
• Use the QR/PSN system honestly to ensure accurate monitoring.

4. Doctor and Service Provider Responsibilities

• Deliver medical services in line with professional standards and local laws.
• Cooperate with FlytoDoc’s monitoring processes.
• Hold valid licenses and insurance.
• Ensure uploaded images or materials are owned or lawfully licensed.

5. Coordinator Responsibilities

• Verify patient identity and assist with logistics.
• Ensure QR code scans and reports are properly recorded.
• Escalate concerns immediately to FlytoDoc.

6. Monitoring and Escalation

FlytoDoc monitors data received from QR codes and coordinators. If an anomaly or risk is detected, FlytoDoc may:

• Contact the patient and provider.
• Notify local emergency services if necessary.
• Suspend a provider pending investigation.

7. Limitations of Liability

• FlytoDoc does not provide medical services and cannot guarantee treatment outcomes.
• Safety tools are supplementary and not substitutes for emergency medical services.
• Patients must seek immediate emergency help if required.

8. Emergency and Complaints

• In emergencies, patients must contact local emergency numbers.
• Complaints can be submitted to FlytoDoc via [email protected].
